An old bordello transformed into the magnificent jewel of Tradver City, seen by all who enter via Dream’s Doorway. Sixty years it has stood as the pride of the Rossa Cartel as well, the cutthroat crime syndicate who have owned it since its inception. Now it’s the target of an unthinkable heist conducted by an organisation with a decade of grudges to hold against the Cartel.

Founded sixty years ago as the first large-scale legitimate business of the Rossa Cartel. The Crescent Moon Casino has been Skilet’s pride and joy since its inception, and now is the one place where he truly feels relaxed and at home. While celebrating its sixtieth anniversary, the casino is brimming with life as people from all across Tradver city and even cities and lands beyond converge in the extravagant building, all in hopes of winning the fifty-thousand gold jackpot.

A four storey building with a basement, the Casino was once an old bordello bought by the Cartel and completely renovated and re-purposed over several years. Though some of the old facilities exist, able to be used in the building’s new occupation, there are few other reminders. Now it is a place of lavish opulence, though with room for the commonfolk as well. All manner of shady business is still conducted by the cartel here as well, despite the glossy display and polished chandeliers: their usual wrap sheet of drug trafficking, human trafficking, prostitution, beatings and torture all still occur under this roof, but behind the closed doors to which only certain staff are privy to.

It is an open secret that the casino is owned by the Rossa Cartel, yet it seldom deters people from venturing into its depths, and instead plays a role in deterrence and fear to prevent cheaters, thieves and any other would-be criminals from thinking of cheating or double-crossing their gracious host. Those who decided to test their luck found the punishment far outweighed the rewards they risked everything for. Seldom still do they get to share their hard earned lesson as well.
