At Magnetar Collectables, each item is crafted with precision and care, using bespoke 3D printing, hand-sculpting, or painting methods to deliver unique creations. Because of the custom nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are only provided under specific circumstances as outlined below:
 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives severely damaged, you may request a refund or replacement. To initiate this process:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@magnetarcollectables.co.za.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Retain the item and packaging until the refund or replacement is processed.
     

Custom Creations

Due to the personalized nature of our creations, refunds or exchanges are not issued for:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., support structure marks or small dents).

  • Changes of mind or dissatisfaction with custom design choices.
     

Resolution Process

If you encounter any issues with your order, we encourage you to reach out. We are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring your satisfaction with Magnetar Collectables. For assistance:

  • Email us at hello@magnetarcollectables.co.za.

  • Include your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Attach any supporting documentation, such as photographs.
     

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that:

  • Are submitted outside the 7-day window.

  • Lack sufficient evidence of damage or defect.

  • Involve items altered after delivery.
     

Additional Information

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
